My only policies are:
Before I begin a custom piece, I require a deposit of half of the payment fee so that I know you are serious to buy.
If the artwork is damaged in transit, I will do a second art piece for free, you will only have to pay for shipping. 
If you decide to not buy the custom drawing after I have started, I will calculate the amount of money to cover my costs and subtract it from the deposit and will then refund the leftover amount back to you. 
No refunds or returns on non-custom artwork.
